i still haven't find out the true purpose of these black thin strands that comes out from the top of my head. mom just got fed up with my being too long and cut them off!

after the solar new year, they celebrate the lunar new year. seems like they take this lunar new year much more seriously then the solar one.... everyone dresses up, says good things to each other (not necessarily need to be true... i overheard they told greatgranny to be as lively as a horse!) exchanging some red envelopes.... etc, good thing is everyone will stuff me with a little bit of tasty sweet thing...hehehe
